The plant operates two cables, onerunning from the power house south and east, connect-ing with the main line at Fayette and Paca streets andreturn, the other running from the power house north- r)i7 ward to Druid Hill park, and the Druid 11 ill avenuepower house at Retreat street and return, forming aloop from Retreat street to Francis street, to Fultonavenue, to Pennsylvania avenue, to Retreat street.
