Building of the Talycafn Bridge, over the Conway River, Wales - In 1897 the ferry was replaced by a bridge of steel resting on piers and abutments made of stone and concrete. Portrait is of Mr H A Collyer, Secretary of the new Talycafn Bridge Company responsible for its construction.
