CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (September 27, 2013) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 take the E-4, E-5, and E-6 advancement exams at club 11 Degrees North on Camp Lemonnier. With its home-port in Gulfport, Miss., NMCB-11 is a Seabee battalion currently deployed to multiple locations in support of Command, European Command, Central Command, and Pacific Command areas of responsibility. NMCB-11's Det. Horn of Africa (HOA) is a Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa unit whose mission includes stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations.
