PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 10, 2018) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Andrew Whiting, right, from Conrad, and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Ian Divad, from San Francisco, signal for landing an MH-60S Sea Hawk, assigned to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, during vertical replenishment training on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Bonhomme Richard is currently underway in the 3rd Fleet area of operations.
