YORKTOWN, Va. (Sept. 8, 2015) - The guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64) passes through the George P. Coleman Memorial Bridge on the York River as the ship prepares to pull in to port for a weapons onload. Carney is the fourth Arleigh Burke-class destroyer to be forward deployed to Rota, Spain to serve as part of the President's European Phased Adaptive Approach to ballistic missile defense in Europe.
