Christopher Follin, commanding officer of the guided-missile frigate USS Simpson (FFG 56), cut a cake during a reception during the ship’s port visit to Malta. Simpson, deployed to the 6th Fleet area of operations, made the port visit to continue Naval Forces Europe-Africa’s efforts to strengthen maritime partnerships in order to enhance regional stability.
