Stalked or Solitary hydroid (Tubularia raphi). Hydroids have a circle of stinging tentacles surrounding their mouths.

This species can be found either alone or in groups. The mouth is in the centre of the head, surrounded by pink polyps. The long, hair-like stinging tentacles catch food as it drifts by.
