Hot Shots Captain Cody Lee keeps a watchful eye on a fire on the next ridge as his crew cuts a fire line. Crews are split up in two teams of 10. Each team has a captain, a squad boss and eight crew members. The captains scout and make tactical decisions, while the squad bosses scout run the crew.
