TYLER, Texas (Feb. 27, 2019) Musician 1st Class Christopher DeChiara, from Burlington, Massachusetts, plays the timpani during the Navy Concert Band performance at the Cowan Center in Tyler, Texas. The Navy Band performed in 10 states during its 23-city, 5,000-mile tour, connecting communities across the nation to their Navy.
