PHILIPPINE SEA (July 9, 2022) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76), right, cruises alongside the Navy’s only forward deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during a replenishment-at-sea.
