Flowers of large size carried on straight wiry stems of beautiful formation, composed of broad pointed petals reminding one of a pond lily, in color a soft cadmium yellow, the outer petals overlaid with bronzy orange. Plants, $ each. Mah [Jong (Hybrid Cactus). The name was suggested on account of its vivid oriental coloring, which is a lively shade of scarlet-red shading to a pale lemon at the base of each petal. The flowers are large, of great sub- stance; a fine exhibition flower as well as for cutting. Plants, $ each. Margaret Woodrow Wilson (Decorative). An ex- hibition variety of immense size and wondrous beauty. Color an opalescent pink, face of petals creamy-white with a phlox-pink reverse. Plants, $ each. Marmion (Decorative). Of such enormous size and depth that it immediately attracts attention. Color a pure golden yellow with bronze suffusion on reverse of petals and a deeper bronzy tone on the high full centre with an outline of the same color around each petal, form of flowers and stem is perfect, a good bloomer.
