Bisbe street, Gothic quarter, Ciutat Vella, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain Gothic bridge that connects the House of Canons of Bisbe Street, residence of the President of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with the Palau de la Generalitat, Canons are a set of buildings in Barcelona, adjacent to the Cathedral and the Palau de la Generalitat, accessed through the streets of the Bishop (no. 4-8) Mercy (no. 2-6 ) and Paradise (no. 7). Originally fourteenth century have been transformed with the years; appearance presented today is due to the restoration work carried out during the 1920s by Joan Rubio i Bellver, one of the elements that contribute to the character called Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.
