Kaito Kyan, a firefighter with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services, receives his plaque for 2021 Marine Corps Civilian Firefighter of the Year at Camp Foster Fire Station, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 5, 2022.
