The Cornell is constructed on correct principles, and embodies a balanced system of heat- ing, regulation, ventilation, circula- tion and supplied moisture. Each individual part of this system is sufifi- cient and perfect in itself for the spe- cific purpose intended, but it is essen- tial that each part be inseparably connected one with the other in order to enable the homogeneous whole to perform mechanically-perfectly the act of incubation.
