Cigarette card with illustration of a De Havilland 'Comet' racer, produced for the 1934 England to Australia air race - one piloted by Scott and Tom Campbell Brown won the race. The card was part of an old set of cigarette cards from WD and HO Wills, Bristol and London. The set is entitled 'Speed'. These cards were given away singly in packets of cigarettes in 1938. They were (and are still) popular collector's items - vintage nineteen thirties graphics for editorial use only.
