ARABIAN GULF (Dec. 6, 2017) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) handle line during a replenishment-at-sea with the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Matthew Perry (T-AKE 9).
