Later he matriculated inthe same college and graduated in1878. 1 hat year Dr. Foreman moved toWarren County, where he has prac-ticed ever since. FORSTER. Otto E. Forster is a native , having been born in Mis-souris largest city on September21, 1859. His father was bornin Bavaria and his mother early inher life came to America from Swit-zerland. Dr. Forsters early education wasobtained in St. Louis, and he grad-uated from the St. Louis MedicalCollege in 1881. For the followingfive years Dr. Forster studied abroad•—in the German universities ofStrasburg and Bonn and the Uni-versity of Vienna. While abroadDr. Forster took a special course inthe diseases of the ear, nose andthroat.
