A photograph showing a large Red Cross painted on the roof of a church in Bray sur Somme, France. The church was used as barracks and headquarters by the Germans during World War One. However, they stripped it of all arte treasures and completely wrecked it before evacuating the town. Taken on September 26, 1918.
