The Director of the Air National Guard, Lt. Gen. L. Scott Rice, visits the Brown Training and Education Center, May 2, 2017, in east Tennessee. General Rice spoke with the National Guard’s Joint Enlisted Advisory Council (JEAC), or about 90 senior enlisted National Guard Soldiers and Airmen from the states and territories here this week. He also toured TEC’s campus, meet professional military education students and attended the afternoon retreat ceremony with students and staff.
