American forward observers from the 3rd Battalion, 66th Armored Regiment receive safety briefing with Dutch, German, Norwegian and Portuguese service members in a mortar live fire exercise at Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania, August 13. Through realistic and challenging exercises, as Allies and Partners, we are training how we expect to fight. Training together now provides shared understanding and confidence in each other if conflict occurs.
