A man walks along the blooming mustard fields during spring season on the outskirts of Srinagar. According to the Directorate of Agriculture, the Kashmir valley comprising of six districts has an estimated area of 65 thousand hectares of paddy land under mustard cultivation, which is about 40 percent of the total area under paddy.
