Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships, 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air
The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships were scheduled for early afternoon but there were also other diversions planned earlier — diversions that appeal to the upper crust, which fits in the Scottsdale mold. The first diversion was sponsored by Barrett-Jackson, the auto auction people. I am also sharing of the automobiles they had for sale in their 2019 auction, an event which takes place annually a week before the Super Bowl. This restoration is complete with the fuzzy dice that were popular at the time. The owner also installed a Hurst shifter even though the vehicle sports an automatic transmission.
