RONNEBY, Sweden (March 28, 2017) Chief Max Persson, assigned to the Swedish navy submarine HMS Halland observes Combat Air Crew Four, assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 16, track his Gotland-class submarine from the air during the Swedish-led "WASA III" anti-submarine warfare exercise off the coast of Sweden. 6th Fleet, headquartered in Naples, Italy, conducts the full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied, joint, and interagency partners, in order to advance national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
