These buildings are part of the remains of the World War II Navy Close Range Anti-Aircraft Training Establishment at Yesnaby on the west coast of Mainland Orkney. Trainee gunners here were introduced to the use of Bofors and Oerlikon guns as well as gunlaying radar.
