Harvest time in the rice fields with horses and water buffalo, Hoi Lung Sun area, north Vietnam

A trip down some of the side roads south of Sa Pa leads to more rice growing country, including Hoi Lung Sun area near Trung Chai, north Vietnam. During the fall harvest season, the fields are shades of green and gold and it is a good place to see people hand harvesting the rice, along with water buffalo and horses grazing on the rice stubble after the fields have been harvested.
