Flint, UK. June 9, 2018. A plaque with a design based around the Flint Town heraldic blazon, mounted on stone has been installed beside Flint Castle. The plaque bears the Motto "Castellum Supra Fluvium" which means "Castle on a River". Flint Castle, begun in 1277, was the first of a series of castles built by King Edward I during his campaign to conquer Wales. Credit John David Photo/Alamy Live News.
