A very hardy sort, with cylindrical joints, resembling some species of Cereus. 50 cents. O. lurida. Very rare. California. O. leucotricha. This perfectly hardy and | quick-growing species will undoubtedly prove a most valuable hedge plant for Florida, attaining a height of two to lour feet in two years from the cutting.
