The bay doors at the venerable and historic Fire Barn decorated for the Chirstmas holiday in Elgin, Illinois. Built in 1903, it was once used to house horses that pulled fire equipment, the facility was in sevice until 1991. It now serves a museum that houses the city's collection of fire related memorabilia. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is designated an official City of Elgin Landmark.
