MARSHALL CHARLES RODGERS—A nativeson of Pennsylvania, Mr. Rodgers has from youthfulmanhood been connected with one of that citys greatnatural industries, the oil business, and has for aboutthirty years engaged in some department of that busi-ness. He has for the last decade been a promoter ofproducing oil and gas companies, and is the executivehead of several corporations of the local oil field thathave been very successful. There are few men in themanagement of producing companies whose knowledge.
