A percussion rifle, J. Henry & Son in Boulton, Pennsylvania, circa 1860 Rifled, somewhat rough bore in 15 mm calibre, folding sight on the upper side, signature on the left at the breech. Percussion lock, repeatedly signed on the lock plate. Walnut half stock with brass furniture and patch box. Wooden ramrod with brass tip and bullet puller. Iron parts patinated, breechblock screwed on at a later date, tension crack on the lock screw. Length 128 cm. Cf.
