Megan Rossi is a registered dietitian with a PhD in gut health from the faculty of medicine and biomedical sciences at the University of Queensland, Australia. She leads research at King’s College London investigating nutrition-based therapies in gastrointestinal health, including pre- and probiotics, dietary fibres, the low FODMAP diet and food additives. Her work has received numerous awards worldwide. Megan also founded The Gut Health Clinic, where she leads a team of registered gut-specialist dietitians. In addition, Megan sits on a number of committees including the King’s College London Waterloo Research Society, Irritable bowel syndrome Network charity and is a spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association.
