Srinagar, Indian Administered Kashmir. 23 June 2014 : Indian Police on monday arrested Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik while he was leading a protest march at Maisuma in Srinagar. Malik was about to proceed to Lal Chowk with the protesters, but his ttempt was foiled by the Indian police. The protest was under the banner of 'Quit Kashmir Movement' against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) who were to declare lakhs of Non-Kashmiri refugees as the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir.
