A community health volunteer (CHVs) from Plan International Kenya performs free Hypertension diagnostic tests on a resident on the occasion of World Hypertension Day. World Hypertension Day is celebrated each year to raise awareness about the risk of hypertension and its preventive measures. Earlier today, The Young Health Programme, an NCD awareness initiative implemented by Plan International Kenya marked this day by conducting door to door activities in Kibera by their Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) and doctors.
