OLYMPIA, Wash. (April 3, 2019) - Former Washington Secretary of State Ralph Munro speaks with Commander, Navy Region Northwest Rear Adm. Scott Gray and leadership from tenant commands in front of the State Capitol in Olympia to kick off Navy Day. Navy Day is an annual event convened in the Senate and House Chambers in the Legislative Building to honor the Navy and its personnel in the Northwest Region.
