SOUTH SULU SEA (Nov. 12, 2016) Marines assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) depart the well deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) in combat rubber raiding craft during Tiger Strike 2016. Tiger Strike is a bilateral exercise designed to enhance interoperability, tactical proficiencies, and military-to-military partnership between participating forces.
