The entire property was sold for 75,000 lire in 1893 to Baron Alberto Blanc (1835-1904), born in Chambery in Savoy and Senator of the Kingdom of Italy Since 2017 it has been used as part of the university campus of the LUISS Business School, the management training school of the Guido Carli International Free University of Social Studies (LUISS).
