TECH. SGT. Harry Anson, 1ST LT. Lisa Lau and TECH. SGT. Patty Sylin, all from the 615th Air Mobility Control Squadron, Travis Air Force Base, California, are setting up the Ultra High Frequency (UHF) ground to air antenna for the nerve center, Tanker Air Lift Control Element (TALCE). This facility will control all aircraft movements in and out. This is the relocation of Operation Southern Watch from Dhahran after a terrorist bomb killed 19 Air Force personnel in June.
