In the end, the police arrested him for contempt of authority and he ended up dying of a heart attack. The security agents - who were later joined by the police - immobilized him and beat him, as several eyewitnesses affirmed before Judge Belén García. This is also stated in the prosecution's brief: “They placed him face down, with his hands behind his back, and repeatedly beat him, causing innumerable bruises and erythema, erosions on both wrists, deep erosions on both knees, bruises on both cheekbones, erosions on the inner face of the nasal pyramid, on both arms and leg, in the lateral region of the neck and on the upper face of the thorax at the level of the clavicle ”. This is stated in the document where, in addition, several modifying circumstances are added: the aggravating circumstances of abuse of superiority and racist motives in addition to the evident disability of the victim.
