ATSUGI, Japan (Sept. 14, 2018) Chief Aviation Machinist’s Mate Naoto Kerns adjusts the combination cover on Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Chief Aviation Electrician’s Mate Nobutaka Wakamatsu during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony at Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi. A total of 23 chief petty officers from NAF Atsugi, tenant commands and the JMSDF received their anchors and combination covers during the ceremony.
