The Val Gardena area is very popular amongst bikers because of the hundreds of kilometers of single trails you can ride. While accompanied by an experienced guide, it is even possible to cover in a single day around the saddle (Sella Ronda), thanks to the cable cars. The route which you can make both clockwise and counterclockwise is 58 kilometers long and can be started in one of four places around Sella. The drop is about 3,400 meters and slopes generally occur along single trails.
