The Whitehall Build-ing is headquarters for shipping, export, coal and oilbusinesses. Important firms are located here and onthe top floor is one of the numerous lunch clubs thatabound downtown. The view from the dining room win-dows presents what is said to be the most perfect marinepicture to be found on the whole coast.
