Holy well inside a Medieval chapel associated with the legends of St Julian the Hospitaller, said to have set up a ferry and hospital/hostelry at nearby Cremyll. A rectangular well chamber inside a steep-pitched stone-roofed oratory on a wooded slope just inside Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. Water flows from the well to a stone trough at the roadside.
