Air Force Staff Sgt. Taylor Whitmire and Airman 1st Class Brianna Ball, both of the 130th Airlift Wing, demonstrate self-defense techniques learned in the self-defense lunch and learn event held April 4, 2018, at the West Virginia National Guard Joint Forces Headquarters, Charleston, West Virginia. As a part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response team brought in an expert in self-defense, Mr. Brian Lucas, to teach techniques to Soldiers and Airmen to prevent or counter an attack.
