The vessel is composed of steel plates formed in cylindrical and spherical segments,and requires no additional is lined with best magnesiabricks. The vessel rests on twocircular roller beds, each composedof five rollers, supported by ped-estal bearings, resting on founda-tion girders. The roller tracksfastened to tjie vessel are of caststeel.
