The boiler-house is sixty by one hundred feetin extent, and the machine-shop, forty by sixty is employed for driving the machineryin both shops. The annual sales exceed thirty thou-sand dollars, and over fifty men are given steadyemployment. The machine-shop was built in 1880,and is under the management of Zimmerman, Failer& Co., while that of the boiler-works is owned byIsaac Pott, C. N. Seidle, and Mrs. H. Pott.
