CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEINE BOILER. The Heine boiler is built of the best lapwelded wrought iron tubes joined to water legsmade of heavy plate steel, which are in turnconnected to a combined steam and waterdrum carried parallel to the tubes. (SeeFig. 5.) No cast iron is used in the con=struction of the boilers. A reduced copy ofour specifications to the steel makers is shown in.
