Robinson,for the careful, untiring mannerin which he saw that this beau-tiful and commodious additionto our Church was carried tocompletion. The Cost of The architect Centenary r r^ j. Ghuroh of Centenary Church wasA. H. Hills. Webber Bros, andSharpe & Murison were the con-tractors, respectively, for themason and carpenter work. The fact that building constructionwas much cheaper then than now is seen in that the contractfor the mason work was $10,712 and for the carpenterwork $4,500. The total cost of building, with ground, when firstopened was about $40,000. Later about $17,000 was expendedon the addition of the newSunday School and Lecture Hall. At the north end of theauditorium of the Church twoCenotaphs were placed by theConference of the WesleyanMethodist Church to perpetuatethe memory of Mr. and Jackson,
