US Air Force Lance Corporal Robert Serrano and US Air Force Corporal Scott Hollandsworth from the 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Fleet Service Support, Charlie Company, create a door frame for the Babonneau community center in Castries, Saint Lucia. Approximately 100 Marine, Army and Air Force personnel have deployed to Saint Lucia as part of the Operation NEW HORIZONS. the operation has a two fold mission of readiness training and humanitarian assistance in the Caribbean and Latin America.
