He became an expert worker in wood, andwas employed in fine joiner and cabinet work until 1913,when he joined in a partnership with Francis M. Hix-son, and others, as above noted, and established a stairbuilding, store fixtures, and fine cabinet working estab-lishment, his partners, all practical mechanics and ex-perienced stair builders. This partnership continuedfor a few months when the present Pittsburgh Finishand Stair Company was incorporated, and the fine fac-tory home at No. 2000 Sedgwick street, Pittsburgh,North Side, was erected. Mr. Reichard is a veteran of the famed Washington.
