Wardaman cave paintings known as 'rock art' near Judbarra /Gregory National Park, Northern Territory, Australia

This site is located hours drive from Katherine, Australia. From Bill Harney Art Exhibit: "Yunumburrgu Greeting the First Explorers" "Yidumduma interprets this contact painting at Wynbarr as the 'first explorers' being welcomed by Yunumburrgu the red-backed Kangaroo ancestor. The number of guns references the violent contact history the Wardaman experienced in the late 1890s to early 1900s."
